Festivals Directory Northwest was founded in January of 1999 and has published since then. The first issue listed 600 events on 56 pages. Festivals Directory Northwest now covers 4100 events in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana, with 200 pages in each issue. It is the largest regional directory in North America.

Announcing new ownership as of Jan 1, 2007!

Long time staffmember and (new) Publisher/Owner, Ginger Hopper, in Jan 2007, purchased Festivals Directory Northwest!

In addition to her work on Festivals Directory Northwest, Ginger brings her experience in multimedia/webdesign, radio broadcasting, as a musical booking agent and voice-over talent. Ginger plans to keep Festivals Directory Northwest expanding our services to our clientele, while maintaining the quality our subscribers have come to expect.

Chris Lunn, Founder of Festivals Directory Northwest, will continue as a consultant to individuals and festivals.
